The company was established by George Moraitis in 1962 .It started as a family business and remains so until this day, always keeping product quality (exceptional) above par standards by feeding chicken with pure, natural foods. Through wholly owned ,state of the art poultry farms, supported by Eco cooling systems continuously monitored by veterinary experts and wholly owned poultry slaughterhouse operating under strict European standards, the company constantly achieves highest possible product quality. On daily bases our expert personnel manage to maintain the highest possible product quality through a combination of a clean environment and rich grain nutrition for the poultry, for an end result of enjoyable, high nutritional value diet. At our modern poultry slaughter house (food safety management system according to EN ISO 22000:2005) with daily veterinary supervision in strict compliance with all regulatory requirements, carried out by an automated system, chicken ere slaughtered and then cut by experienced personnel. At our 3500 sq. facilities we preserve chicken in special freezers. Consequently our products are transferred with wholly owned refrigerated vehicles to our clients, retailers and distributors. We operate more than 50 years under a vertically integrated business model (production – slaughter – maintenance – distribution), offering to our clients an end product with the best possible value proposition (unquestionable quality at a competitive price).
